The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a train station, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. There are also plenty of restaurants and street food stands nearby, providing a wide variety of dining options. the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay for guests.
One downside is that some concierge staff may be pushy in trying to sell packages to guests, which can be a bit uncomfortable.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being right in the heart of a lively area in the city. We loved the convenience of being located between two Sky Train stations, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The service at this hotel was top-notch, starting with the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff from the night shift at reception were also very attentive and even promoted their services to us.

The staff at Narai Hotel were great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well and was easy to connect to. The location was good, with many restaurants nearby. The included breakfast had a wide variety of options suitable for all cultures. The beds and pillows in the deluxe rooms were very comfortable. The hotel provided bath robes and a mini safe in good working condition. The concierge was courteous and helpful. The checkout time was extended to 2 pm with no hassle. There was a bar lounge on the ground floor with live music at night, serving Thai Whisky and more.
Felt super comfortable, no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Silom road. The location was perfect, close to everything and in a good area for visiting this city. There were many Indian restaurants around, which I loved. The hotel facilities were great, including a great breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met. the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.
